Ottimo ed efficace

L’appartamento è molto carino e anche il check-in e la gestione dell’ingresso in struttura è super semplice. L’appartamento sembra essere stato ristrutturato di recente o comunque riadattato a tale uso in quanto le prese e i tubi sono esterni alle mura.

Se dovessi valutare qualche piccola mancanza è nella parte della cucina, la macchinetta del caffè non presentava le capsule compatibili con essa; qualche piccolo utensile in più sarebbe stato quanto meno necessario per chi soggiorna in un appartamento e decide di utilizzarlo anche per la cucina. La finestra del bagno non è apribile comodamente ma serve l’uso di una scala. Per il resto assolutamente ottimo e consigliato.

ισως το μόνο καλό είναι πως η γειτονιά είχε αρκετά καταστήματα, δεν φοβόσουν να περπατάς το βράδυ και ήταν δίπλα στον σταθμό τρένων

Παρότι μας είχαν ενημερώσει ότι μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματά μας πριν το check-in (15:00), η συνεννόηση ήταν εξαιρετικά δύσκολη. Όταν τελικά έφτασε η ώρα, δεν υπήρχε κανείς να μας παραδώσει το κλειδί της κεντρικής πόρτας, με αποτέλεσμα να περιπλανιόμαστε με τις βαλίτσες μέχρι τις 17:00.!! Δυστυχώς, τα προβλήματα δεν σταμάτησαν εκεί. Η καθαριότητα ήταν ουσιαστικά ανύπαρκτη (πέρα από το στρώσιμο των κρεβατιών). Η τουαλέτα είχε υπολείμματα και έντονη μυρωδιά υπονόμου, το πάτωμα ήταν γεμάτο σημάδια από νερά που δεν είχαν καθαριστεί, ενώ στο διαχωριστικό του ντους υπήρχαν σκουπίδια από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες. Στους τοίχους υπήρχαν διάφορα αυτοκόλλητα, πιθανότατα από προηγούμενες διαμονές, και οι τάβλες του κρεβατιού έπεφταν συνεχώς. Επιπλέον, δεν υπήρχε σύνδεση WiFi ούτε λειτουργικά κανάλια στην τηλεόραση. Το δωμάτιο γενικά ήταν εμφανώς βρώμικο, με αράχνες στις γωνίες και λεκέδες στον καναπέ. Ακόμη και το πλυντήριο είχε υπολείμματα από προηγούμενες χρήσεις, ενώ στο πάτωμα της κουζίνας υπήρχαν χαρτιά και σκουπίδια. Αναγκάστηκα να αγοράσω καθαριστικά, καθώς δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα απλό απολυμαντικό, και να καθαρίσω βασικές επιφάνειες μόνος μου. Δεν το συνιστώ σε καμία περίπτωση

Se dovessi valutare qualche piccola mancanza è nella parte della cucina, la macchinetta del caffè non presentava le capsule compatibili con essa; qualche piccolo utensile in più sarebbe stato quanto meno necessario per chi soggiorna in un appartamento e decide di utilizzarlo anche per la cucina. La finestra del bagno non è apribile comodamente ma serve l’uso di una scala. Per il resto assolutamente ottimo e consigliato.
