We liked our breakfast specially Filipino food and the yogurt drink with fresh fruit.
Our room seems like it’s a bit dark, meant the lighting. The bathroom does not have a good ventilation. And the shower door makes a sound.

Beautiful eco-conscious hotel with an amazing rooftop looking out over the pride of El Nido: the cliffs. The sunset light on the rock and town below was truly stunning.
We were so well looked after- with a beautiful surprise in our room for our anniversary (huge thanks!!), and some free items in the mini bar. The room is petite but clean and comfortable, with a huge tv. You'd want to spend your time outside or on the terrace anyway!
The staff were super helpful and friendly, from the reception to the housekeeping to the bar. I can't remember the names of the waiters, but certainly Lailani and her team looked after us very well on our last night. Delicious food also. The sunset cruise was nice but I wouldn't have paid extra for a room with it included. Overall, it was the perfect haven right in the middle of town, and my partner still talks about what a great stay it was.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive and helpful. The pool area, free shuttle service and free washing were bonuses
The bed was too firm but that may be a personal thing. The room service was woeful. We weren’t feeling very well, so required room service. There was no information in the room so we rang the restaurant and was told that there was a QR code in the room and we confirmed that there wasn’t. We were informed that there were no menus available. So we rang reception and was asked to come down and take a photograph of the menu. When we made a phone order, what we wanted wasn’t available, so we asked if there was anything else not available. We were told everything available. We rang back again and tried to order something different and was told that it wasn’t available! We just gave up and dragged ourselves out of bed and walked down the street to the closest restaurant. It’s a shame because the breakfast staff were excellent.

Hotel was clean and staff were outstanding!
Beds very uncomfortable!! The windows in the rooms are also boxed up so hardly any light comes in and feels really depressing.
The sun longers by the pool are very uncomfortable and the pool was also out of use for our last day which wasnt ideal!!
