Nicely presented, clean and well maintained accommodation. Fan for cooling and airflow. Ensuite bathroom is good spec. Shower had decent water flow. Good supply of toiletries. Helpful neighbour assisted us with access, but this was only needed because I hadn't checked message from proprietor beforehand. Proprietor quick to respond to a query. Located within walking distance of Dudley Town centre and close to bus stops.
No grab rail for bath/shower - recommend proprietor considers installing one. Although washing machine available, no apparent way of drying a full load, so had to use alternative.

No plug for the bath but it wasn’t advertised with a bath so it’s okay, perfect otherwise.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Check in worked ok.
The house smelt of stale cigarettes. The walls were paper thin and I could hear the person above walking around, telephone conversations and other less pleasant things. The kitchen was on a separate floor, quite a long walk up and down steep stairs. The water pressure changed while I showered changing the temperature from boiling hot to freezing cold.
