Lovely place, excellent facilities abs lovely balcony.
Was in the centre of Coffs Harbour and quite a walk from the beach - this was not necessarily a negative if you want to be around the shops

Location was convenient and secure parking was handy. The overall experience was pleasant however the rooms being so stuffy made it difficult to sleep.
The room has 1 small split system air conditioning in the lounge area. It was a very hot weekend and unfortunately by the time we checked into the room it was like a sauna with the sun belting through the windows. The air conditioning unit is not big enough to cool all the rooms even when it was left on all day Saturday with the blinds drawn. It was very hard to sleep in the rooms when they were as hot and stuff as they were.
