Location is perfect - a stone's throw from the promenade and beach. We chose the apartment largely for this reason as it's a beginner surf beach and we wanted our kids (11 and 15yo) to be able to access the surf. Bonus is the promenade which links most of the beaches along this stretch, we particularly enjoyed Playa del Camison about 20 min walk in direction of Los Cristianos. Camison is great for swimming/snorkelling. We also loved how the apartment was a short walk to the Golden Mile (nice shops/restaurants/bars etc) and just a bit further again to Los Cristianos which has a great bustling atmosphere at night. Very happy with the pool experience at Santiago II - yes you pay for sunbeds/parasol but we expected this and actually it's pretty reasonable if you're there best part of the day. The pool was a good temp and the whole pool area was well maintained and never overly busy (we always got sunbeds no problem).
The apartment itself has great facilities - very spacious for a family of 4 with air con, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, dishwasher, brand new washing machine, iron/board, balcony with drying rack and sunbeds etc. Despite being relatively close to 'The Strip' you don't get any disturbance at night due to the apartment looking out towards the beach side. TV downstairs worked fine, kids watched Netflix, Youtube etc. We didn't use the upstairs TVs so can't comment. Wifi connection was ok. We had a hire car to do day trips to Teide and Siam Park - we managed to park very close by in the carpark next to Mcdonalds, it is pot luck to get a space but on the whole we did, there was only one occasion we had to wait.
The balcony/terrace off the master bedroom is a lovely spot to enjoy the sunset and a glimpse of a sea view with a beer!
The water in the upstairs shower would sometimes struggle to drain and could back up a bit. Mattresses pretty hard but we got used them. We found extra pillows under the sofa bed in the living room which helped with sleeping comfort! Kids struggled to get wifi in back bedroom but probably not a bad thing!

La ubicación cerca del paseo y de los chiringuitos es lo más destacable. También está muy cerca de la playa del Camisón y del centro. Tiene aparcamientos libres de pago al lado de la urbanización
El wifi no funciona bien en el piso superior por lo que las TV no se ven. Y lo de tener que pagar por las tumbonas y colchonetas de la piscina me parece un poco subrealista.
