Location to the town.
The bed was a sofa bed, no cooking facilities, the hotub is in a shared garden overlooked from the house it's attached to and next-door.
The apartment it's self is an annex to someones house which I believe should be stated on the advert for the apartment and it's separated by what seems like a very thin door which you can hear the family on the other side which makes for an uncomfortable stay I'm afraid.
