The staff are warm and attentive, checking daily if you’d like your room cleaned. As my partner and I had recently gotten married, they kindly decorated our room and welcomed us with cake and wine, which was a thoughtful touch.
A simple breakfast of eggs, bread, and fruit is available in the self-contained shared kitchen if you are willing to make the eggs and/or cut the fruit yourself. However, the kitchen is outdoors so we didn’t end up using it much due to bugs in the area.
Accommodation is in a quieter part of the Island but still only a 10-15min drive from the main town area. Very easy to get too and affordable transport wise if you hire a Moped/Motorbike.
While it was not an uncomfortable stay, there’s nothing particularly exceptional about the accommodation (for example, no swimming pool or special room features) to justify the relatively high daily rate.
Overall, the accommodation feels a bit overpriced for what it offers. It appears to be a rushed in its initial build with no sign of the owners / main property manager during our stay (connotes a lack of care) but the cleaner and staff team were present and everyone communicates via WhatsApp.
There is some noise from a nearby karaoke spot, but we were generally able to sleep through it, though this may be more noticeable in rooms closer to the road. There is a lack of detail in the room lighting and no closed wardrobe space.
There are quite a few bugs in the area, and some may get into the rooms. The property provides insect killer to mitigate this, and it’s worth asking staff to fleet the room with bug spray while you’re out during the day to reduce risk of mosquito bites. You’ll also notice gecko lizards on the exterior walls of the accommodation, which may not be ideal for everyone.
The location is in a newer, quieter part of the island. Renting a moped or bike is recommended, as tricycles are less frequent here. There are more tricycles available around the McDonald’s area, about a 25-minute walk away. If you’re patient, you can still catch one passing by but it can take a while.
Lastly, it was a bit disappointing to see that there’s no proper staff office or resting space, meaning staff spend long working hours without a dedicated area, something that could have been better considered in the initial design.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Bett war bequem, der Garten richtig gemütlich und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt.

Silenzio. Solo galli canterini.
Climatizzatore posto sopra il letto e la cui velocità del ventilatore non e‘ regolabile. Finestre non si aprono e tenendo il climatizzatore spento avremmo preferito la brezza serale che essere chiusi in camera.
