We had a wonderful stay in Santa Pola. Check-in was very easy, with the keys handed to us at the apartment by one of the staff members.
The apartment was modern, clean and very well equipped. I always travel with my own hairdryer and travel iron, so I was pleasantly surprised to find both provided, together with an ironing board. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot days.
The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We especially loved the lovely balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee with a side view of the sea. ❤️
The only reason I took one star off was the confusion regarding early check-in. After booking, I was offered a 12:00 early check-in for an additional fee, which I happily paid in advance. As we were arriving early in the morning, this was very convenient, and I naturally understood that the paid option was confirmed.
However, on the day of our flight, I was informed that the 12:00 check-in was not available, and we ultimately had to wait until 17:00. Although the staff were very responsive, this was understandably disappointing, especially as we had already paid for the service.
They acknowledged that the way the early check-in option was offered could cause confusion and said they would look into improving it, which I appreciate.

Very clean, modern apartment in an upscale, safe block which was 2min walk to the sea! The bedrooms are spacious with plenty storage and the beds are very comfortable. The balcony affords ocean views & there’s a rooftop plunge pool which is well designed for the space.
