The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool was small but really nice, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We also booked a tour through the hotel, which was very convenient.
The main issue with the hotel was the bathroom. Every time you took a shower, the entire bathroom would flood, which was very uncomfortable. This wasn’t just an issue with our room, as it seemed to happen in all the rooms.
Another downside for us was the location. Although the hotel is right by the beach, it’s a little far from the centre of Kuta. It takes around 15–20 minutes to walk to the main area with restaurants and shops.

L’emplacement est juste exceptionnel, le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours à l’écoute, serviable.
Les chambres sont régulièrement nettoyé, il y’a egalement de l’eau à disposition.

Que él baño se inunde al ducharse, horror total, que no cambiaran las toallas, ni limpiaran la habitación cada día, la zona aunque es un paseo marítimo es donde se reúne la gente local (no me hospedaría si fuese sola) aunque en todo momento fueron respetuosos, puede ser intimidante.
la luz del pasillo se quedaba encendida y entraba ya que el Blackout de las cortinas no llegaba y por la ventana de la cocina entraba muchísima luz.
Creo que pagamos bastante más de lo que es en si el hotel pero bueno.
