We initially booked two nights at this resort, and from the moment we arrived, we were absolutely impressed. Our pool villa was stunning — beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled and we had to stay for one extra night. The hotel was incredibly kind and offered us the possibility to extend our stay, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The attention and hospitality throughout our stay were amazing. They genuinely cared about every little detail and made us feel very well looked after.
The breakfast was also amazing, and the whole resort is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the team.
Thank you so much for making an unexpected extra night such a lovely experience. If we come back to Kuta, I’m sure we will stay here again!

The seamless communication, the responsiveness and prompt action to all our requests were satisfactory.
Not central but it is only around 4-5 minutes from Kuta centre. Staff could organise transportation needs as there are no Grab or Gojek available in Lombok.

I loved the pool, and staff. The room is well designed and had a great outdoor bath area. The tub overlooks the TV which is a bonus as it had a glass and curtain barrier between the two sections of the room. A resident dog added to the low key vibe!
AC was ok and the hot water heater had only so much in the tank. The location is quite remote from the active night life - which suits me fine.
