It is just described like inside of the pictures that were given, the place was very close to downtown Hanoi, place even though it is located a bit inside of a small street but still easy to find, very cozy vibes when I came. Staffs were kind, friendly. The dorm itself is very good and sturdy, I really love the surroundings outside of the dorm.
The bed was the main issue, a bit rough, but you'd get used to it if you try it a few times, like taking a short nap, would for sure want an upgrade on the bed. Plus point for the cleanliness of the dorm, very clean.

旧市街にあって、観光に最適です。ハノイ駅から徒歩で15分。
全体的に綺麗。ロッカーは大きい荷物が入るのはいい。(鍵必要)
ネットも早くて快適です。
ベットはカプセルタイプで防音もされてて、遮光カーテンで光が入らず、快適に寝れます。
スタッフの対応も良かったです。
ベットがやや硬い。排水溝からの小さい虫が多いので、下水道の掃除やメンテナンスが必要だと思う。
宿泊案内で「洗濯機」とだけ記載があったので無料かと思ったら、有料とフロントで言われた。
しかし、宿側の掲載のミスであって、今回はホテル側が洗濯をしてくれました。
洗剤を100円で販売して、洗濯機をフリーにしたら、客が増えると思う。
