Nice and clean, not long ago renovated. Comfortable bed and working AC.
Location slightly different than the one in the description and it was communicated once we arrived to the point (after earlier questions about exact address). Additionally there is no information about wifi password and the information that to use the elevator you need 5 cents coins.

・家具などが新しくて綺麗だった
・シャワーの温度や水圧が良かった
・部屋とバスルームに窓があるので換気できた(女子トイレ)
・エアコンの効きが良かった
・Wi-Fiの調子が良かった
・周辺はゴミや匂いがすごいけど、ローカル感が味わえて近所の人がみんな優しくて治安は良かった
・エレベーターは2日目以降から突然有料化したのを知らず、マンションの管理人に助けてもらった
・前日にチェックイン時間と宿の正確な場所を聞いたのに連絡がなく宿にも名前が無い為、探し回って最終的に1時間後にチェックインした。電話ができるSIMカードではなく、普段はWhatsAppも使わないのでbooking.com内で連絡が取れないのはとても不便だった。
・税金は現金払いのみだけど、スタッフはお釣りを持っていないのでコーヒーを買って両替するように言われた
・5部屋で男女別のバスルーム各一つずつなので、メンバーによっては被るのと、話し声やテレビの音が結構聞こえてくるので耳栓が必要
・バスの遅延がすごいので中心地へ出るなら早めに出た方がいい。特に184は来ないと思った方がいい

Adress is wrong. It was a side quest just to get the keys.
Adress is 40 not 7.
There is no intercome name at the door. Need to ring a number wait a while and then a guy brings the key.

El trato del personal, y estaba todo muy limpio.
Que la persiana de la habitación no bajaba y por la mañana te entra toda la luz , porque no tiene ni una cortina, la cama era una balsa y muy blanda. Y que no tenga wifi también es algo negativo.
