Excellent location, just a hop and skip to the main UIO terminal for a quick in/out of Quito Airport. New hotel, up to the standard of Courtyard Marriott. Very spacious, clean room with a quiet central AC/heat system. Mini-fridge, coffee maker, small safe. Decent closet space, lots of room for luggage. Strong WiFi BUT personal VPN recommended for e-safety. Spacious clean bath with lots of hot water. 24/7 reception with friendly staff.
Being well-travelled, I find this hotel overpriced for a Courtyard anywhere in the world. It most certainly overpriced for Ecuador. With the high price, breakfast is NOT included. As such, it is not as cost effective as the other airport hotels in Quito. The breakfast buffet is very sparsely supplied; a late-morning breakfast person will find the food containers tepid. Fresh fruit is appallingly very few and not quite fresh; this is Ecuador, fresh fruit is given! Coffee is NOT fresh brew, but pumped out of thermoses. The hotel restaurant menu itself is a very pricey listing of so very ordinary fares, again overpriced for Ecuador. One can have much better breakfast and dinner at the food court just outside the door of the hotel.

Super location, great beds
Phone did not work, so non wake up call for my 6am flight. Frig in room a joke. Only went down to perhaps 50 degrees. No tissues, kinda of bare bones for the price.
