We had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us book our Zhangjiajie tickets in advance. The room was bright, clean, and modern, located just a quick Didi ride away from the Tianmen Mountain cable car and the main bus station. We also loved the delicious included breakfast prepared by a lovely cook, and they were kind enough to store our luggage for us.
There was honestly nothing to complain about; everything was perfect throughout our stay.

El trato y el servicio fueron geniales desde el primer momento. La chica que nos atendió fue súper amable y nos ayudó incluso a comprar las entradas para el parque de Zhangjiajie. Además, nos recomendó varios sitios muy buenos para comer.
Tuve un pequeño despiste y me olvidé mi batería portátil en el alojamiento. Ella se encargó personalmente de enviármela hasta la ciudad en la que me encontraba y, para mi sorpresa, ¡ni siquiera me cobró por el servicio! Un detalle que demuestra muchísimo la atención y el trato hacia los huéspedes.
En cuanto al alojamiento, le doy un 10 sin ninguna duda. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la habitación parece prácticamente nueva, es muy amplia, luminosa y estaba todo impecablemente limpio. Además, tiene unas vistas muy bonitas.
Y un detalle que me sorprendió mucho: ¡el baño es inteligente! Tiene calefacción y hasta el inodoro dispone de descarga automática, algo muy cómodo y moderno.
Si tuviera que volver a Zhangjiajie, no dudaría ni un segundo en volver a reservar este alojamiento. Totalmente recomendable. 👌

Sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos de todo nuestro viaje por China. El alojamiento está genial, cómodo y con todo lo necesario, pero lo que realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuese especial fue la amabilidad y hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan aquí.
Especialmente la chica que lleva el alojamiento, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, nos ayudó con absolutamente todo y tuvo muchísimos detalles con nosotros. También contratamos una excursión con su marido y estuvo todo genial, muy bien organizado y explicado.
Y mención especial al desayuno: ¡buenísimo! Vamos a echar muchísimo de menos los noodles de cada mañana y a la mujer que los preparaba, siempre tan maja y sonriente.
Nos vamos con muchísimo cariño por este sitio y, sobre todo, por su gente. Gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien acogidos estando tan lejos de casa. ❤️ Lo recomendaríamos sin ninguna duda.
