The Space:

Hamptons Hideaway is designed for relaxed family holidays, with five bedrooms, multiple living areas and plenty of space for one or two families travelling together.

Upstairs is the main living hub, with a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area that flows onto the outdoor entertaining deck. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy dinner outside or settle in with a drink after a day at the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything needed for family meals, while the living area provides a comfortable place to unwind.

Also upstairs is the main queen bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, plus a dedicated workspace for anyone needing to catch up on work while away.



Downstairs are four additional bedrooms, the main family bathroom with a freestanding bath and a full laundry. Kids have their own retreat with TV and PlayStation, giving adults and children separate spaces to relax.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home via self-check-in. Please note that the shed at the rear of the property is not available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Malua Bay is one of the NSW South Coast's favourite family beach destinations, and Hamptons Hideaway puts you within easy walking distance of the beach and local conveniences.



Malua Bay Beach is patrolled during summer and has a large reserve, playground, BBQ and picnic facilities, with the Surf Life Saving Club nearby. The Munjip Trail also runs along the beach and reserve, making it a great base for coastal walks and exploring the area.



With shops and cafés close by, you can park the car and enjoy an easy beach holiday.



Getting Around:

The beach, reserve, playground, shops and cafés are easily reached on foot from the property.



A car is recommended for exploring the wider Eurobodalla region and for trips into Batemans Bay.



Other Things to Note:

We provide a starter supply of essentials including tea, coffee, toilet paper, body wash, and basic kitchen and laundry items to help you settle in comfortably. Linen and bath towels are supplied for your stay; however, we ask guests to bring their own beach towels.
