Atrašanās vieta pie krustojumā pie Hoacin Sorolla dzelzceļa stacijas, 50 M attālumā no Jesus metro stacijas. Netipiski spāņiem, saimniece nemēģināja uzturēt kontaktu - nebija uzbāzīga. Istabiņā bija kondicionieris.
Ierodoties adresē noteiktajā laikā bija aizķeršanās ar iekļūšanu dzīvoklī. Istabiņā bija tumšs, jo mazais lodziņš, kas atrodas pretī balkonam bija no necaurspīidīgas plastmasas, tāpēc pat dienā jāslēdz gaisma. Mazliet pietrūka privātuma, jo saimniece ar palielu suni un kaķi gulēja turpat blakus aiz istabiņas durvīm. Vannas istabas-tualetes durvis nevarēja normāli aizslēgt - durvis varēja atvērt aizbultētas ar visu stenderi, tajā nebija gaisa nosūcēja- ventilatora.

I really enjoyed the property’s convenient location, which made it easy to explore Valencia and access public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the property, which made it a relaxing place to return to after a day of sightseeing and activities.
There wasn’t much to dislike about the property. The only minor drawback was that some facilities showed a little wear and tear, but everything was functional and the stay was comfortable overall.
