Great location and great place for families. So modern and well maintained. Lots of amenities provided, yukatas, all toiletries etc. Love the projector and gaming for the kids. The bath is aesthetically beautiful. Close to the aquarium and the Ferris wheel but a bit far from the city center and dotomburi. Very spacious and we each had our own bed. The place smelled great as well, slightly strong, but nice. Washer/dryer was convenient. Drinks were provided in the fridge as well. Another very hospitable host. Would recommend for large groups and families with kids.
Stairs! Not their fault but be aware that there are narrow stairs to get to the stay and watch your heads! Low ceiling at the stair area. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, it's no fun. But that's Japan for you.
