This was the perfect place for a long weekend in San Diego to visit our daughter who lives just a few blocks away. We especially loved the beach cruisers, and took rides almost every day. We also tried out the SUP. It was unusually hot and humid this weekend, so we really appreaciated the air conditioning unit in the bedroom. And there was a nice cross-breeze in the living room/kitchen. We made several breakfasts and a dinner, and found the kitchen to be well-stocked. We would stay here again!
The water heater had an issue, but I think that was just bad luck. It was repaired within 24 hours. There also was some confusion with Cardo Vacation rentals communications in the 24 hours before we arrived - almost like 2 different people were sending messages that hadn't talked to each other. One was saying we were all set, while the other was saying we were missing documentation and wouldn't be able to check in. In the end it was just fine, and we entered the unit at the 4 pm check in time with no issue.
