We absolutely loved our stay here.
We weren't sure what to expect since the hotel only had a few reviews, but it ended up being one of the best places we stayed during our trip.
Every member of staff was genuinely wonderful. The woman who prepared breakfast was incredibly kind and even brought our coffees to the table herself each morning. The three men at reception were consistently welcoming, polite, and incredibly helpful. When we arrived, they carried our luggage, explained all the hotel amenities, and personally showed us to our room. Every time we had a question, they were happy to help with a smile.
The hotel itself is beautiful. It smells amazing as soon as you walk in, everything feels brand new, and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail. Our room was spacious, bright, spotless, and very modern.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from Registan and many of Samarkand's main attractions. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and the location, the price was incredible value for money.
What really made this place special, though, was the people. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and professionalism stood out throughout our stay. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand.

-Looks new and clean.
-Staff are friendly and helpful.
-Huge breakfast for 1 person.
-Located at the main road.
-Room is spacious.
-There’s no fridge inside the room to store my food from outside.
- Had a GPS issue with the drop off point ( Yandex ). The driver dropped me few kilometers away from the property. Better suggest to pin your location at the Kapriz Confectionery which is just beside the hotel. Anyways the staff made some suggestions once I told him what happened.

很棒的住宿环境，干净整洁，设施很新很舒适！前台小伙子帮助我们把两大箱子提到三楼，很好。最重要的是可以使用信用卡结账，非常棒！淋浴房水压足，水温也足，洗澡舒心。距离景区要打个车，不过好在撒马尔罕的打车费很便宜。
我们住的房间床边有一根立柱，不过不怎么影响。房间里如果有小冰箱就好了。

Outstandingly helpful staff, in particular Amir on reception, and his colleague, who were so helpful and friendly.
Comfortable rooms and well appointed bathrooms. Good A/C and WiFi.
An easy 15-minute walk to the Registan and close to 2 well known shashlik restaurants.
A reasonably good breakfast.
I would highly recommend the hotel and would like to thank the staff for their kindness and warm welcome.
