Very clean nice staff
Lady in restaurant accused me of lying about being a guest there and thought I was trying to steal breakfast even though I had the stamp card they gave me at check in

We loved it. The amenities, the hotel itself, the staff, everything. It was right near the water, they had shuttles running in the morning for Disney, and at night for Kansai station line. It felt so safe and the rooms were really big and felt so safe. We had two kids with us and there was plenty of space.

The breakfast buffet was great, with a variety of Japanese & Western style foods and drinks. $ of us stayed there for about 90min. The building was clean and well maintained.
The rooftop swimming pool was small in size, not for adults, but we enjoyed it with our grandkids
The water was clean and cold.
