とても素敵な時間を過ごせて最高でした。

スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切で、ホテルもとても綺麗でした。部屋によってはホテルラウンジが無料で使えて、美味しい軽食やビール、ウイスキー、梅酒などのお酒を楽しみました。夜は部屋からディズニーリゾートの花火が見えて、とても綺麗でした。朝ご飯のシステムが少し面倒に思いましたが(当日の朝にオンライン予約が必須。朝6時ぴったりに予約しましたが、それでも11番目でした。)、朝食の品数もとても多く、バイキングを楽しみました。ディズニーリゾートを楽しむ方には立地も最高です。またディズニーに行く時は、絶対ここを利用したいと思いました。

アメニティのパジャマが大きく(メンズ用だと思います。) お腹のところでくくる紐も片方抜けていたので、留めることができず、ブカブカ過ぎて少し困りました。

楽しかったです。

入った途端ゴージャスな気分になれました。ホテルは綺麗でした。ディズニーに行ったので、食事はホテルでとらず、寝に帰る感じでしたが、概ね快適に過ごせました。ベッドも良かったです。グッスリ眠れました。

トイレの便座が冷たかったです。あと、部屋の広さが通常は2人？部屋を4人部屋にベッドを増やしてもらいましたが狭かったです。スーツケースを広げると通路がない状態です。安く泊まれたので仕方ないですが、もう少し広ければ快適だったように感じます。

とてもよかった

朝食は早く行かないと大行列になっているが、夕食に振り替えることも出来、ローストビーフ丼などをゆっくり美味しく食べられた。 3Fのロビーが素敵。バルコニーからランドの花火が綺麗に見えた。バスは頻繁に来るので、駅までの移動も楽。有料だが、荷物を舞浜駅前のウェルカムセンターに運んでもらえるのも助かりました。

お風呂に洗い場がないのだけが残念。

Great choice for anyone looking to spend a couple of days doing a Disney park run.

Great location - literally 5 mins stroll from Bayside station on the Disney Resort Line. Breakfast spread was fantastic, a good mix of Japanese & Western food. Staff were extremely helpful, especially with handling my luggage delivery to my next hotel. The room was exceptional - spacious, with a view of Tokyo Bay, and our last morning even surprised us with a view of Mt Fuji! Tub was clean and great for soaking after a long day running around the Disney parks; bath salts are supplied in-room too. Separate shower area was good for my elderly travelers.

Konbini onsite wasn’t that well-stocked, so head elsewhere for your supplies. Note: breakfast DOES get busy from 0730 - 0900, so expect a line to get in. The hotel does inform you of this very clearly on the onset, so manage your expectations and also understand that people are heading to the parks just like you. The restaurant staff are exceptional in seating people as quickly as possible; just be patient and maybe read the info sheet at check in.

Der Aufenthalt war magisch.

Die Nähe zum Disneyland und das Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und haben einen Balkon. Sehr angenehm ist zudem der Conbini und der DisneyShop direkt im Hotel.

Lange Wartezeit um einen Tisch zugewiesen zu bekommen während der Frühstückszeit. Hier wären Tischzeiten sinnvoller.

large spacious room with great ammenities. the staff were super helpful and accomodating. such a convenient location for accessing the Disney Parks - only about a 5 minute walk from the monorail station. the room was very clean, would definitely recommend and consider for future visits

Very good

Got a three twin room for three people. It was a little tight, but fairly comfortable. Twin beds were big but fairly hard. View towards theme park was not very exciting. No fireworks. Bus to Disney monorail is free, monorail costs a small amount of money. Bus service was fast and often. Bus also goes to Maihama station where we picked up a train to go into Tokyo. Bus from Narita airport to this hotel took about an hour.

Only breakfast on site was buffet at 3,800 yen per person. Disney parks did not have much food available before 11 am, so we were stuck eating at hotel. I do not eat enough breakfast to make that a good deal. Also, staff did not mention that there is a free members card that takes 20% off the price of the meal until we were having our 3rd breakfast. Could have used that information sooner!

Great location, spacious beautiful room. Loved the bay view from balcony. Convenient store at the lobby was great. My children went head over heels with the lollipop corner at the lobby. Service was amazing. Staff speak english well.

Trash bin in room not large enough. Bathroom kind of old. Breakfast was average.

Loved watching the fireworks from our room.

Location was perfect and the breakfast was the best buffet I've been to! Our balcony overlooked the evening Disney fireworks which was a really great bonus. Very helpful staff from checking in our luggage to making sure we got on the right shuttle to the airport, which took pressure off of us.

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL and ELEGANT property! LOVED the location and convenience in proximity to Disney train station - and having a shuttle from the property to the Disney train station was the icing on the cake!

Superb

The hotel is near Disney train station, about 3-5 minutes. There are also shuttle busses to take, it's convenient. Room is big enough for three people, and it's clean. We can see the Disney castle from our room. Convenience store and Disney store in the hotel are easy for us to purchase.

The hair dryer is old and connected with the machine on the wall, not really convenient for using.

Not bad

The room is clean and wide, buffet breakfast is really good too with many variety of options. To us, the breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The lobby is really grand and beautiful. There is also coach bus to and fro disney train station. We accidentally left something in the hotel and only realised after we left, and when we called back, they tried really hard to help us with it.

To my surprise, the staffs at the hotel reception are not fluent in English, it was a little difficult to communicate with them.

The hotel is very convenient for the Disney theme parks and the room was large and recently renovated. The atrium is beautiful too.

There was a bit of mould in the bathroom and there is no separate toilet.

This hotel changed my view on resort hotels!

I very rarely ever stay at the more expensive hotels, finding a clean bed, shower and some quiet work just fine for me, after all you're exploring, right? But let me tell you how that has changed. Thanks to my genius level I got a better room for the same price as the normal rooms and the view over the bay from our 7th floor deluxe family room was just spectaculair. The room itself was clean, spacious, decorated tastefully and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel is equally pretty and has everything you may need. On top of that it's super close to the monorail station, in case you can't wait for the free shuttle bus that goes every 5-10 minutes. Not a single person working there that we came across wasn't at the very least helpful and happy and some really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. These were our last two nights in Japan and they felt like a treat. Definitely staying again next time I'm going! A 1000% recommendation.

one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in

absolutely stunning inside especially at night with the gorgeous fairy lights, incredibly comfortable beds, one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in, buffet breakfast was fabulous, staff were super friendly and the foyer smells amazing

the restaurant in the hotel had a very small dinner menu but the food we had there was incredible anyway

I love the buffet breakfast and restaurant. Nice room. I chose the modern renovated room. Close to Disneyland. Able to check in at the Disneyland service counter outside the train station and their staff will send you luggages to your room. So basically i got off the station, check in, left my luggage, and went straight into Disneyland.
