The hotel looked lovely, the room was very comfortable and the staff were sublime. The garden pool was excellent and although you had to pay extra, it was definitely worth it.
Too many people and a constant feel of chaos, the queues for breakfast were always big and the wait time to sit down and eat were unacceptable, due to this my daughter never came for breakfast throughout the stay😔.The reception area was always pure chaos and the hotel pool that was free, wasn’t big enough for the capacity of the hotel. For a Hotel that advertises a premium stay, it really wasn’t a premium stay.

This was one of the only hotels around Tokyo Disney that had rooms that would accommodate our whole family (me, spouse, two kids) in one room. The beds were very comfortable and the view was lovely. We loved that there was a Lawson's in the lobby, along with some other shops. We found the Disneyland food to be less than thrilling so it was nice to be able to grab some prepared food in the morning or at night.
Also we really appreciated how efficient they are at dealing with luggage. We arrived around noon, which was too early for check-in, but had been hoping to get into Disneyland that afternoon. That was no problem whatsoever - they have a whole desk for turning over your luggage, which was delivered to our room and ready to go when we returned that evening.
We did not realize that we would have to pay to use the monorail that takes people from the hotel to the parks! That just seemed a little silly as all of these hotels are Disney approved or whatever.
Also the carpeting in the hotel is definitely worn and doesn't match the expectations that the absolutely pristine lobby set.

Room was great for a family, we had five beds in one suite for our family room. The bathroom and toilet could have been separate, but other than that the room was nice, comfortable and as we were only there fr a short stay it was good. Location to disney was great if you are headed there.
I don't mind spending a lot on travel accommodation, as I expect to get great inclusions etc. but I was actually shocked by the "fee" of 7500 Yen (approx 70 AUD) per person over 12 per day to use the swimming pool. That was outrageous considering we were already paying 70000 Yen (680 AUD) for our room per night.
This left a very sour taste in my mouth. I have never had to pay extra for pool usage at the hotel you're staying in before. What's next? theyll probably charge for shower access..
