We love Kona Kai! This was our 3rd stay with them. Quiet and well maintained. Little kitchen area and updated room/ bathroom very nice. Nice, clean pool, love that it's deep! Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. We felt like we were the only ones there. So relaxing!!!! Will definitely be back!

I think the next time we would choose a location, a little further back into the facility.
Although it was very quiet, we did have an air-conditioning vent in the bathroom at the base of the toilet for some reason and the last morning we were there the television would not turn on.
Other than that, the pool was clean the towels were fresh. The people at the counter were very helpful.

I had a little difficulty stepping into the tub/shower the side was high
I have knee replacements and it was hard lifting my leg (I use a safety bar at home)
Maybe a suggestion to install a bar
