Good location. The house is cozy and lovely, with a beautiful courtyard.It feels like a home. The staff is super nice and helpful.

Marnin the host was warm and welcoming. He worked tirelessly to help all guests and to be super friendly. Such a genuine young man.
The hostel has a lively backyard courtyard which is shady and cool- a great place to relax and time if day.
The inside common area- kitchen and lounge are spacious and well set up for guest comfort.
The room, while comfortable and clean, was small. The beds are narrow but comfortable enough.
There are not many bathrooms for the number of guests, although I never needed to wait so...
The hostel could do with some maintenance. Nothing major (except drainage) but there is evidence of a slow decline and lack of upkeep.

It was clean.
The place is a weird one, very little atmosphere, some long-term stayers and other odd people hanging around. The showers didn't have holders for the heads, rooms are quite small and cramped.
Overall, it's an odd hostel, nothing bad, but nothing that good either.
