洗濯機と乾燥器が部屋にあるので、持参する着替えが少なくて済むのが嬉しいです。
後で一泊追加した時の一日分だけが割高になった点が良くなかったです。

Great location if you like quiet, walks, and good food. Its in a quiet residential neighborhood with a nice clean canal a couple blocks away. I enjoyed walking along the canal a few more blocks to a small street with lots of nice little restaurants, markets, bakery, etc.
I had some trouble with the instructions to get in but that was it.

仕事の為に利用したので、値段が気に入っています。またトイレがウォシュレットだったのもポイントが高いです。このタイプの施設には少ないですから、洗濯出来て乾燥器付きもとても良いです。
ゴミの分別について、きちんと説明してくれているのですが、分別したゴミをそれぞれ何曜日に捨てたら良いのか分からなかった点です。

とても清潔で綺麗でスタッフの対応も柔軟で良かったです。
風呂場乾燥機が付いており連泊でしたので重宝しました。
「アシバス」という足湯が出来るサービスがあるにも関わらず、湯を溜める止水弁があると説明があり、部屋の中を探したのですが見当たらず問い合わせをしてようやく見つけることが出来ました。家電機器の説明書がまとまっているファイルの中に紛れ込んでいました…。
正直手間と時間が掛かり、アシバスというサービスがあるのにも関わらず、言われないと分からない所に保管しているのは大変不親切と感じました。
シャワーしかない部屋なので、脚部分だけでも湯を溜めれるのは画期的と思いましたが、とても残念でした。
私が泊まった部屋はテレビが高い位置に設置してあり、椅子の座って見ると、液晶が飛んで見えない状況でした。
また、洗濯機があるのですが洗剤がなく購入しないといけませんでした。事前に無いと説明が欲しかったです。
