Everything was clean and well-provided! Comfy sheets! And even got an early check-in for free!!! Such a nice and hassle-free stay! 10-15 min walk to the nearest supermarket and 7/ 11 and 5 min walk to the nearest train station. Loved the quiet neighboorhood, too!

Very clean, basically brand new, quite close to main areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya by metro (20 to 30 mins), excellent communication with Sunny Stay team, everything present in the apartment, like microwave, utensils, washer and dryer and towels were perfect for the trip. The mattresses were comfortable. Nakai Station was very close by and I loved all the eateries and shops in this small but well equipped town centre. Two other metro stops, Ochiai and Higashi Nakano were walkable distance. We found a large supermarket that opens till 1am near Higashi Nakano. There is even a small but cool onsen near Ochiai! Sadly we didn't get to try it out as hours were 330pm to midnight. It was just a beautiful stay overall and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It is in a residential area so we were mindful to be quiet and considerate of residents nearby.
It is more of a personal preference but the pillows provided were a bit too firm and high...gentle suggestion that the Sunny Stay team can consider providing additional pillows of lower height / softer option to guests. A drying rack would be a great plus. Still loved our stay!

Es war klein aber das ist ganz normal für Tokyo. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hatte alles. Top Ausstattung. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Alles hat super funktioniert. Kosmetikproduktr haben extrem gut gerochen. Sogar Waschmittel zum Wäsche waschen war da.
