Very good hotel at 15 min walking distance of StephanPlatz. Very clean bedroom, good breakfast at the ground floor café (included in my reservation)
I had to do the check-in myself before arriving (entering passport and address information in a platform), also to get the codes. I usually don't like it because I lose time, but this one was pretty fast.

Excellent service by Natali-- the lady which helped us all day and provide us coffee upon arrival.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment-style setup was a big plus and made it feel like coming home after a long day, in the best possible way. The location in the Prater area was also excellent, with a nice atmosphere and an easy, pleasant walk into the Inner City. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The only small issue was a cleanliness mishap when we arrived. However, the staff handled it very quickly, apologized sincerely and even left some sweets and a thoughtful apology note, so it was resolved very well.

נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן
אין שירות בעצם . אין נקיון של החדרים , אין השלמת מוצרים כגון מגבות נייר וכו...
אין טלויזיות בחדרים , וארוחת הבוקר לא להיט.
