Comfortable nice big room, excellent for a family with 2 children. Right next to metro station. So laocation was very good as well
They wouldn’t clean the rooms every day in the morning. The 2nd day of our stay we returned to the hotel in the afternoon and the room had not yet been cleaned. We were told that the cleaning ladies had instructions to clean all the rooms that would have newcomers in in the morning and the rest in the afternoon. But that is not sensible. So that is a huge minus, especially for a 4 star hotel.

The support of the reception staff when things went a little awry during our stay was exceptional. Their help in translating forms and making telephone calls on our behalf eased our problems significantly.
The hotel location was excellent for sight seeing and accessing the city sights as well as being close to several interesting restaurants.
We've used Novotel Suites before (Colmar) and although the facilities here were less (in terms of bar / lounge area and food offerings) we are very likely to use the chain again. Suites are comfortable quiet very well maintained.

Large and exceptionally comfortable rooms made our stay at Novotel Suites Wien City Donau truly enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location, dedicated parking area, and the highly professional, helpful reception staff made the entire experience seamless.
Although we overall enjoyed our stay at Novotel Suites Wien City Donau, the breakfast experience was unfortunately disappointing. The rude attitude of the Indian staff member greeting guests right outside the restaurant was quite off-putting, and the breakfast selection itself was very limited.
