I liked that there was a social room with many people and a drink at night that we could get. It was very friendly and open. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. Also great location.
We had a little struggle with the parking lot and i was surprised that there is an extra charge for the parking. I would expect it to be in the price of the hotel. Also breakfast was pretty expensive.

Very nice welcome!
Seemed a bit tired and also had data breach before I arrived which caused me a lot of anxiety while I was travelling
Would have liked a kettle in the room rather than having to go to reception for a drink

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Great cafe on the ground floor.
Very few amenities on the room. No kettle, iron, toothbrush, bath mat, or phone to call reception. Considering the price I think some of these should be included.
When turning down the room while we were out they took out the rubbish and made the bed but that was it. They didn’t give the floor a once over with a vacuum.
We requested a cot for our seven month old and one side had a zip door but the door was missing which made it unusable as our baby could crawl at that point and we didn’t want her falling out of the cot at night. The mattress was also not flat nor firm which made it a sleeping hazard for babies.
