I’ve had the great experience of being the lucky guest of the day, resulting in an unexpected and very appreciated upgrade. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel offers good services.
The price for the breakfast is slightly high for what is offered. The location is good being close to the underground, but the area doesn’t have much to offer in terms of shops, restaurants, etc.

Location was great for the Vienna International Centre and close to the metro and a supermarket. Perfectly nice room with all the usual amenities.
Staff at the front desk during my stay were lovely. Sadly I left my travel adapter in the room - it’s quite distinctive and would have been noticed by housekeeping. I was back in Vienna a few weeks later and asked to collect it on the Sunday. I chased several times and in the end I still hadn’t had any substantive response by the Friday so I went to the hotel and they said they hadn’t found it. I don’t believe it wasn’t found but more than that, the communication was really poor.

The AC didn’t work. There were several small holes in the curtains. The curtains also didn’t fit the window.
