Next door to U Train line and Tram and multiple supermarkets and 24HR vending machines. Beds were very comfortable.
Dark lighting and hallways. Also key card system for rooms and elevators were outdated.

Easy to take a tram or subway to tourist destinations. The bed was comfortable, there was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room, everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.
I liked it very much, but guests should know it isn't a fancy hotel.

Great location and very clean. We were on the 8th floor and had a great view across the city. Would definitely stay again.
Nice to have a coffee machine and speakers in the room.
Nothing major but since we were on the top floor and it has unusual windows, it meant that quite a lot of light came in through the blinds.

When you arrive at a hotel and instead of the suite you booked you are given some kind of mouse hole with almost no windows, the first thing you do is go to the reception and ask for the room you actually reserved — the suite shown in the photos on Booking. The receptionist explained that the pictures are only examples, just to show that such a room exists in the hotel, but it does not necessarily mean you will get that particular one. This was news to me. I have been traveling for more than 30 years and it was the first time I had ever heard such an explanation.
The next day I was finally moved to the suite I had booked, but the temperature in the room was +28°C. I don’t know whether it was heated especially for me or whether the sun warmed it up through the many windows, but after 24 hours of airing the room and running the air conditioner, the temperature only went down to 25°C, which is still very hot for a room — especially at night.
Also, I had to cross the street and buy myself a pillow because the pillows in the so-called “Suite” were no thicker than bed sheets.
So this is what “service” looks like now in hotels with high ratings. Very disappointing.
