Modern, clean and private adjacent to good transportation.
To get to the property, you have to use an outside escalator which takes you to a covered area.
Unfortunately gangs of youth gather there at night and cause a nuisance with their noisy behaviour and littering the area. They also frequently cause the escalators to stop by pressing the emergency button.
We had walk the gauntlet through large numbers of youths to get to our hotel, very intimidating and a pity as this detracts from what is a good hotel.

Finally found good place in Vienna. Sounds strange, but if u travel there often you would know.
Apartment was great. Room big. Very clean. Staff attentive. Nothing to complain about.

The room is well equipped with small kitchen. Located near the Metro station and a large mall. A supermarket is available o floor 0.
Our room had a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, it is a known problem in specific rooms in the Hotel, I just sow many similar issues reported by people in their feedback. The hotel knows that there are such problems in specific rooms (not all rooms) and still is not resolving the issue and is just hoping people won't complain. We did complain, they did something that lasted for few hours only and came back much worse. They didn't offer to change the room and did the same fix again for few hours. This Hotel has a great potential so not sure why they are not resolving the issue permanently or at least stop putting people on the problematic zone till the issue is resolved. This is just showing they don't really care about the visitors experience. I'm not talking on small issue that you can ignore, even if you close the bathroom it still come out and if the bathroom is closed when you open it you can't go inside.
