The quality of the room facilities, Restaurant environment, quality of meals, and the staff's approach.
It was difficult to reach the entrance when arriving by taxi. We had to get out in the parking garage and take an elevator up. The elevator opened onto a small square. Access to the building is by key card. Either I overlooked this information, or it was not mentioned on Booking.com. When we arrived, there was no staff member at the lobby, and we later learned that check-in was handled on the 5th floor. We only found this out thanks to someone entering the building. After that, however, everything was perfect.

The rooms and staff were great, breakfasts were tasteful and always well served and organized. Lovely
I had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the 4th day, was advised it would be cleaned every two days and only cleaned once in the week. I also needed assistance for the washing machine. It was in german and eventually had to hang up my clothes to dry as I could not get the drying also to work. Maybe a little guide book for us english speakers on how to use the washing machine, but everything else was awesome. Also had an issue with a tour company collecting and dropping me off for a day tour, as it seems that tour company's find it hard to collect guests from this hotel?

Very helpful staff who were happy to help with any request. Very comfortable bed and room. Kitchen and washing facilities were very good and much appreciated. Well located and very close to main transport routes. The pool was very good and a welcome bonus.
Because the pool was shared with apartments in the complex there were a lot of children in the pool at times, many of them unsupervised. This spoiled the enjoyment of the pool on occasion. There were a lot of very good appliances in the apartment but a few more instructions about how to use them would be useful.
