La vista es muy bonita, el lugar es muy tranquilo y la estancia cómoda, la gente muy amable.
Que el acceso es por la playa y no hay otra forma de ingresar, pero vale la pena por la vista.

It doesn’t get much more beachfront than this! No need to pay for a beach umbrella when your room is right there. It’s at the safest & calmest part of Playa Mazunte too (other end is dangerous and nobody swims there). Loved hanging out on the terrace with the hammock and views.
The bed was massive and comfy. The room got very hot but with a strong fan facing onto the bed it was tolerable. Friendly host. Only cold showers but in this climate it didn’t matter. There was a shared kitchen next door to our room with a stove, oven, fridge, cookware, utensils, and filtered water.
The room wasn’t secure. It had wooden folding doors that were fiddly to lock with the key, and when we finally got it working you could literally open the locked door just by pushing on it.
Wifi didn’t work in the room, only on the terrace.

La cercanía con el mar a unos cuántos metros y que el camino a punta cometa se encuentra a un lado. Además la cercanía con la calle principal donde se encuentran restaurantes.
Se dificulta el acceso con maletas, porque se tiene que pasar por la arena.

Ubicación buena
En uno de los cuartos llegaba un olor a podrido súper desagradable, no es muy limpio, la comida no fue buena, el baño no es muy confortable. Las instalaciones están deterioradas y viejas, hay escombro, no me pareció justo con el $.
