Good choice

The terrace is exactly what I needed. Comfortably lounging outside instead of inside, drinking wine and snacking… idea. Location, can’t be beat. Quite and steps to everything.

Lovely flat near all the sights

Loved location, balcony and view. Hosts communication was prompt and easy, airconditioning worked (and we’d have struggled to sleep without). The flat feels homely, spaciuos and you feel like you’re part of the city.

The Italian plugs are smaller than “normal” European ones and there was only a spot in the kitchen where we could plug in devices. Other plugs in the flat were impossible to use and loose at times.

Excellent place that I would highly recommend and where we would stay again if we came back to Rome

This was a fantastic property. First of all, the air conditioning was AMAZING! We have been travelling for a month through the heat wave in Europe and many apartments or flats said they had air-conditioning and either they didn’t, or it was pathetic. But this unit has ice cold, excellent air-conditioning that cools the place down in no time at all. This was definitely surprising to us considering the amount of windows the place has, but it was brilliant. The flat was incredibly clean when we arrived, and well laid out. The flat has everything you need in regards to linens and towels and bedding, etc. It is very spacious and has lots of light. The layout of the apartment is unique and super cute. The washing machine was super handy, and the veranda was a great place for both having an evening drink, as well as dry clothes after they’ve been washed. The bed was comfortable and my teenage sons both found the sofa bed to be perfectly fine as well. The shower was great with hot water and excellent water pressure. The host who met us to give us the keys was lovely and the company was quick to respond when we sent messages back and forth. The neighbourhood felt incredibly safe, it was literally steps from the Roman Forum, which made it easy to walk to the Colosseum and other sites. And when some of the sites we wanted to see were a little bit further, our location was easy to find and get to with the Ubers and taxis. There are a lovely couple of restaurants as well as a shop all within one minute of the flat. We really enjoyed staying at this location.

We only had one issue with the place: The Internet was non-existent for the first three days of our four day stay. We were told that it was the provider Vodafone and that it was a neighbourhood issue, but after three days a technician finally came out and dealt with it so it seems to have been related to our flat specifically. Regardless of whether it was an issue because of the flat, or the provider, we have to give an honest review so other people can make the appropriate choices and we feel that for some guests internet needs to be more reliable, especially if you have travellers who are also trying to do work while abroad. But that is the absolute only issue we had and hopefully it has been sorted out. Once the Wi-Fi had been sorted, the connection was steady and consistent and very strong, working well throughout the entire unit with four people using it. Also, if wifi Internet isn’t important to you, then this is the perfect place to stay in every other aspect.

Excellent location, but it needs a bit more love and a lot more attention from the cleaning service.

Spacious appartment. Lots of facilities and a large terrace to entertain guests. Good Wi-fi. Enough natural light because of the large and many windows. Appartment is excellently located in a sleepy couple of streets between the Palatine and the Capitoline Museums. The location is great! Well stocked bath towels and bed linnen.

We enjoyed our stay but some points of attention: It didn't feel like the floors were cleaned recently, only slighty vacuumed. Dust on the plints in the bathroom, the gutters of the sliding windows were very dirty. When we arrived there was a massive seagul shit splattered on the window to the terrace, and the very nice lady who gave us the keys passed this on to the managment service, but they never came and cleaned this up. Also there was noticable black mold on the kitchen counter behind the sink. This was on the tiles so these had not been cleaned for a while. Also there were no kitchen towels. A real oven would have been nice. There is a washer but it makes an apocalyptic amount of noise. There is a micro-vacuum cleaner, but this doesn't really work. Some of the wall outlets aren't fitted firmly in the wall.
