location excellent to visit my daughter in her halls around the corner, the park a 2 minute walk away, free parking a bonus

Nicely thought out internally. Comfy beds. Quiet area and can park outside.
Upstairs flat didn’t go to bed until nearly 3am and were up before 8am so impacted our sleep but nothing to do with this property.
Didn’t like the amount of letters and junk mail on the floor of the communal area as made it look really messy/unkempt (so initially worried about the flat) and obviously for neither flat so why isn’t it binned?

Was clean, easy to find, and exactly what we needed. Thank you

Great small ground flat. Very clean and comfy beds and great shower. The host was excellent. Always available with any issues. Liked that there were washing up and products for the washing machine. And oil, vinegar, condiments for cooking. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Nice towels. Location was great for me as I wanted to be near my son whose in halls at uni, but a good 20 mins walk into town and 35 mins from the train station. Which was fine for me. I didnt use the free parking but super useful in Cardiff. I would definitely stay here again.
Was given the wrong door code on arrival but the host luckily answered straight away and gave me the correct one. The dryer wasn't working and someone came over within the hour to fix it. Great service. Blackout blinds in the front bedroom would be helpful as thin curtains so sun comes through early. A hook for the hand towel in the toilet room would be useful. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the light outside the shower room.
