The property itself was beautiful and I really loved the decor in my room.
My experience at this “hotel” was subpar and very underwhelming.
It is more of an Airbnb than an hotel as you do not receive the same customer care as a hotel.
They do not have a 24 hour front desk ( you have to speak to someone via WhatsApp) nor do they have daily housekeeping - as for the 3 nights I stayed there, my room was not cleaned once!
The breakfast was not great too and I had to ask for juice as that was not included neither was fruits.
It’s also quite far from the centre of da nang and could be quite a journey for certain activities e.g going out to eat or beach days.
