Everything was quite nice, and the staff was very attentive. The room was spacious and generous with extra large closet, space and a kitchenette.
They make a big deal of the Butler which people seem to love, but it seemed a little hokey to us, especially as in a hotel this price point service should not be a bonus.
Stylistically, it just wasn’t a good fit for us. We prefer more modern or classically older styles.
Also, there is no pool and Lisbon can be quite hot so noting that lack of amenity is important. They try to compensate by allowing you to take a cab to their sister hotel 15 minutes away. That just was a huge hassle and we did not do it.

This hotel is luxurious, clean
And beautiful. The staff was so kind and attention. They made our stay extremely special. The bar next door had live music which we enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious!

The staff is extremely warm, engaging and very friendly. They have a WhatsApp Butler service that they respond to promptly 24 hours a day. It is the most hospitable hotel I have stayed at.
