Location location location
The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, the rainwater shower head did not work well, and the advertised washing machine didn’t work. However we appreciated the staff/host efforts to try and fix, and when they couldn’t, the offer of compensation.

The location for the main purpose of the stay (a visit to alla Scala and Duomo) was good. There were cafes all around and also a store with most essentials.
A more precise information was needed regarding the different levels of the floor of the apartment. I had an unpleasant experience when entering the apartment in the evening and when the staircase lights went out. I have written about it to the House and I hope other clients will be warned in good time.
