I liked absolutely everything about this accommodation: I was picked up at the airport in an immaculate BMW. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. Monica's home is perfect: modern, immaculate and very comfortable. Monica invited me to have dinner with her family; it was delicious and the conversation lively and friendly. I told Monica that my passport had been stolen from my room in Palermo and that I would have to go to the US Consulate in Milan the following morning to try to get an emergency passport. The following morning we woke at 6:00 am, I was served a double cappuccino and they drove me to the Consulate where Monica and her daughter both Italian speaking negotiated with the security staff to put me on their highest priority because I had a 2:15 flight that afternoon. The Consulate opened at 8:30 and by 10:00, I had an emergency passport and then Monica and her daughter who had waited for me drove me to the airport by 11:10 and I made my afternoon flight back to the US. All this Care was way beyond anything I'd ever imagined in this modern world. Monica and her daughter are truly caregivers, caring people. I applaud them. And, I should add, I enjoyed there company immensely.

اعجبني قربه من ميلانو فقط
موقع الوحده في بوكنك مخالف لموقعه الموصلي وتم ابلاغ مسئولي النزل بذلك ولكن بعدمعانه استمرت لساعه وانا وعائلتي ندور في المنطقه وعندما نصل لاتكون الفندق وهذا خطاء يتحمله بوكنق وصاحب الحساب
ثانيا / عرض مكان الاقامه الافطار ولكن تفاجأت ان النزل عبارة عن فله السكن في الاعلى والطبخ بالاسفل بمعنى ان هذا النزل عباره عن
وحده سكنيه وليس فندق اربع نجوم لايوجد طباخين متخصصين ولذلك لم افطر الاحبة بيض وعصير لتخوفي من مستوى النظافه وافتقار المكان للمختصين بذلك حيث لاحظت ان اصحاب النزل هم من يقوم بتجهيز وطيخ الافطار
3/ وجود كلب حراسة تواجده مخيف على النزل والاولاد
4/عدم التوصيح للعميل ان هذا عباره عن وحده ومكان عرضها ليس بوكنق وهناك تطبيقات تعرض مواصفات النزل
حجزت عل المكان متصور انه فندق 4 نجوم وتفاجأت انه وحده سكنيه محوله الى استثمار
