Welcome to your Wrightsville Beach vacation escape – the perfect place to slow
down, soak up the salt air, and create lasting memories with family
and friends. This charming, coastal cottage sits just steps from the
sand, offering an unbeatable location within walking distance to local
restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and bars. Situated just seconds away from the ocean, your family can feel comfortable spending the day on the beach with the convenance of walking back to the house in ease. At the other end of the street is a public access to the sound where you can launch a kayak, fish, or simply relax on a quiet beach while watching the boats go by.
The original house, built in the 30s, boasts traditional architecture while having a modernized interior with all the amenities your family will need to enjoy a stress-free vacation at the beach. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the quiet residential street while you sip your coffee on the porch with the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. After a long day spent on the beach, the private, outdoor shower will be a refreshing way to rinse off and get prepared for dinner. With a 5-minute walk, you have access to many local restaurants, bars and even a grocery at your convenance.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king size bed and couples sinks in the expansive bathroom. Just down the hall, past the newly updated washer and dryer, is the room setup for the kids including a full-size bed, a twin and an extra trundle-bed with a twin mattress, along with a smart tv. Across the hall is the queen size room boasting great artwork and an incredibly comfortable bed. Just at the top of the stairs, outside the bedrooms, is the TV / reading nook with two beanbags - perfect to hideaway and enjoy a book, catch up on your favorite shows or let the kids have their own space.
Designed for a cooking household - the open kitchen is set up with all of the luxuries of a fully functional space to entertain and cook meals. This includes: a four-burner stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, blender, and plenty of pots pans, knives, cutting boards ect. that any chef could want. The large island can seat numerous guests and brings a great conversation space while cooking. There is a coffee bar at your disposal that comes with Keurig pods and machine too. Connected to the kitchen is the living room with a TV and plenty of couch space.

The house was wonderful! Very convenient location within walking distance to everything (beach, restaurants, loop, surf shops, etc.). Great outdoor spaces including a large front porch and a screened in porch around back.

My girlfriends and I went down to the beach on the spur of the moment to enjoy a sudden burst of good weather. We found the house perfect for our needs, but I could also see a family with kids enjoying it as well. The wrap around porch made sitting outside great no matter what time of day. The back porch is perfect for morning coffee!We found the location to be just what we wanted. First, it was four houses or so from the beach, making walking down to catch the sunrise or sunset a small jaunt. But even better, we were three blocks from "downtown" Wrightsville Beach. There is a small grocery, several restaurants, bars, and a couple cute shops there. One morning, we went for a power walk, then hit the Workshop which has smoothies and breakfast sandwiches which were delicious. Another night, we walked the other direction to go to a restaurant called Solstice Kitchen & Cocktails for dinner. The food was fantastic. So lots to do without needing a car. We even walked to Poe's Tavern for burgers for lunch one day. We got our steps in, but found the food and drinks worth the effort. So, the location was excellent!The house itself had comfortable beds (and great pillows!), lots of glasses to make cocktails and drink wine, and a kitchen that had all the items we needed to cook in for most of our meals. We took the provided beach chairs with us to sit on the beach and soak up the sun.Overall, we would stay there again, bringing our families. Super cute and perfectly located!
