The room is very nice, clean and has everything for a short stay, the bed is comfortable, AC works good, mini fridge is a great touch. The location is perfect, main train station and metro station 5 minutes walk, bus and tram stations also few minutes walk, all attractions reachable by foot or a short metro ride. Antonio is a great host, very helpful and kind, gave us recommendations where to eat and what to see, was always reachable when we needed something. He helped us a lot since we had to cancel our trip a day before the arrival and we would lose the money if he did not intervened and persuaded booking company to move it for September. Our stay was great!
This is not a minus, just writing it in this section to explain what a lot of people think is a problem. The surroundings look unsafe (and Naples in general) but it actually is like any other tourist city. We had no issues, not even late at night, I once walked around alone around 21:00 (woman late 40s) and no problem at all. Additionally there is police present non stop around this train station area. A person of course, needs to be aware of pickpocketing like in any other big city on this planet. Naples is like no other European city and not to everyone's liking, but we loved it!

Very clean, the host allowed us to bring the luggage early, was really friendly and offered a lot of recommendations. The communication was amazing, Antonio answered to any question we had, and made sure we are comfortable.
We liked everything about the property, only future guests should know that the neighborhood is a little bit dirty, we knew before so we had no issue booking here. The accommodation is amazing and close to the subway station, so it’s worth staying here and traveling to other parts of the city.
