Extremely friendly staff, super helpful too. If you need anything just ask and they’ll get it. One day our son slept in so Aldo gave us breakfast to take to his room.
Breakfast was continental.
Rooms cleaned daily, shower gel and shampoo provided. Towels changed. Air con worked fine. Nice big shower.
Excellent location for the train station and central Naples. I thought it was very good value for money.
I’d say the rooms could do with a paint touch up, rooms clean though.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Garibaldi Station, and the staff was friendly with an easy check-in process. Breakfast was decent, although the coffee could definitely be improved.
On the downside, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very pleasant, especially in the evening. The room had a very strong air freshener smell that seemed to mask other odors. Opening the window towards the inner courtyard brought in the smell of garbage. The room would benefit from renovation, the bathroom door appeared to be only temporarily fixed, and the air conditioning unit was installed directly above the head of the bed, making it uncomfortable to use while sleeping.
