Delia rooms was perfect for my me and my husband 2 night stay. Rooms a good size, very comfortable and clean. We didn't use the communal kitchen area but it looked spotless and well designed, a very good space.
Location is excellent facing the train station and a main square. Gets busy but you can't really hear much noise from the 7th floor of the secured building. The little balcony great for people watching.
Our host was very welcoming and helpful via WhatsApp when I was asking questions and we were able to leave luggage in communal area after check out.
Outside the building there are immigrants loitering and selling items out of suitcases but don't be put off by this. They dont harass you and there is a constant heavy Police presence and you feel safe.

Location is good close to everything. The property is also very clean and quiet which I can have good sleep every night.

The location was strategic, however there’s a lot of dodgy people about.
The host was lovely, but unfortunately cannot speak any English. This meant when you arrive it’s difficult to ask things like how to get on the metro or what they recommend for visiting Pompeii.
It just means you’re on your own and can’t get that extra information.
It would be beneficial if she had more shelves in the bathroom as there’s no room for toiletries etc.

Just two minutes from the Naples central and Gatibaldi stations. Very convenient to go to local towns such as Pompeii. Sorrento and also other big cities.close to many cafés and restaurants.
Room is bit small.. but the apartment has common dining and kitchen areas. ( there are six rooms totally sharing the common kitchen).
