You will receive a door code prior to check-in, you will access the cabin through the front door lock.
12 guest(including children and infants) 2 story, 4 bedroom , 8 beds (One bunk beds, great for children) 4 baths. 4 TV's , space for outdoor gear, work area, printer, crib, high chair, spices and cooking oils, plenty of kitchen gadgets, dining table for 8, 2 thermostats and 4 free car parking allowed.

Two story 2391 sq ft 4 bedroom 4 bath cherished home in Big Bear lake.

TV’s in Two bedrooms, living room and game room. All TVs have all the apps available for you to log in under your own passcodes. Please be advised that if any movies or media is somehow charged to owners account you will be billed the cost incurred plus $50.

4 Free parking are allowed. Please note, there is no street parking allowed and you will be at risk of getting charged minimum of 500 dollars.

Backyard is beautifully landscaped in the spring and summer months with chairs for 4, and Propane Fire pit. Hot Tub is nearby available which is covered.

There is an outdoor table that seats 6. Seasonally, It is covered in the winter month due to snow.

• Does the cabin have a full kitchen? Yes, the cabin comes with a full kitchen and is equipped with the following supplies: pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, flatware, and glasses! The cabin has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The cabin has a coffee maker, bother drip and Keurig style. We ask that you empty the refrigerator when you leave. Please bring any supplies you think that you will need: aluminum foil, plastic wrap, storage containers, detergent, etc.

• Is there a fireplace in the cabin? Yes, the cabin has a wood burning fireplace in the living room. (firewood not provided)
• Do you provide sheets and blankets? Yes, linens are provided for each bed in the cabin. They are professionally laundered, and beds made up for you when you arrive. we provide towels also.
• Is there a place to do laundry? Yes, we have a washer and dryer found upstairs in the mudroom.
• Where should I dump my trash? The City of Big Bear Lake requires renters to remove trash when they leave. Location: Big Bear Disposal, 41974 Garstin Road. This is free service.
If trash is left at the cabin, there will be a $25 fee per bag that we must remove ourselves. You may also leave them outside thrash can in the bags and we request to pay 10 dollar per bag for cleaners. If you stay on Firday please help us to move trash can outside if you intened to use trash bin outside the property. The service is only available once a week.
• Is there parking at the cabins? The cabin has room for 4 vehicles. There is no parking on the street. It is against the city ordinance, and you may be towed.and fined by the city a minimum of 500 dollars.
• Do you have a barbecue grill? The cabin does have a propane grill. If propane is empty you may go to our local DIY, and they will fill it. Most places closes early so fill them by 6 or 7 pm if you plan to use BBQ grill.
·Should we clean the cabin ourselves? The cabin is professionally cleaned after every stay. We do ask you to leave the cabin in the same condition you found it. Cleaners will charge extra for trash left and if dishes aren't washed.
• What do we do with dishes and soiled linens? The linens, towels, etc. may be left in the shower in the bathroom. Dishes, silverware, etc. need to be cleaned, dried, and put back into the cabinets/shelves. There is a $25 fee for any dishes that the cleaners must wash and put away.
• How do we get keys to the cabin? Once you have signed the good neighbor policy and sent copy of ID, you will receive a code to access the cabin.
• What if I need to get hold of someone about the cabin? Message us. We try to respond immediately to all messages.
• Do I need snow tire chains to get to Big Bear? During the winter months, carrying chains on you is almost always needed, unless your car is a four-wheel drive. Storms may be unpredictable, and therefore it helps to have them. Additionally, during the winter months, the CHP may stop you from seeing if you have them and ticket you if you don’t. Please check chain requirements and road conditions prior to departure.
