The exterior space is complete with a dining terrace, fire pit, and comfortable furniture for lounging under the sun or stars. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your convenience throughout your stay.

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire property during your stay. This includes all four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the spacious living room, the modern kitchen, and the dedicated laundry room. Outdoors, you are invited to enjoy your own private sanctuary featuring the oversized heated pool, soothing hot tub, and outdoor shower. You also have full use of the dining terrace, fire pit area, and all exterior lounge furniture. The home is completely private for your group, ensuring a secluded and relaxing getaway.

Our home is perfectly situated just a short five minute walk from the harbor, where you will find the heart of the community. The Pines is famous for its unique car free atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the serenity of the island as you walk along the beautiful wooden boardwalks. Within a quick five to seven minute stroll, you can reach the local market for gourmet supplies, charming boutiques, and the celebrated dining options and nightlife that define the Pines experience. Whether you are looking to spend your days lounging on the pristine sandy beaches just a few minutes away or socializing at the iconic harbor clubs, everything you need is easily accessible by foot, ensuring a relaxing and carefree vacation.

Fire Island Pines is a unique car free community which means your journey is part of the adventure. To reach our home, you will take a ferry from Sayville to the Fire Island Pines harbor. The ferry ride is a scenic twenty minute trip across the Great South Bay. Once you arrive at the harbor, our property is just a short and pleasant walk away. Please note that there are no cars allowed on the island, so you will want to pack light or use a luggage cart available at the ferry terminal. If you are arriving by train, the Long Island Rail Road provides service to the Sayville station, where you can take a quick taxi or rideshare to the ferry terminal. Parking is available at the Sayville ferry terminal for those driving to the area.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check in time is at 16:00 and check out time is at 10:00. This is a non smoking property and we do not host events or parties. While we welcome pets, please be aware that additional charges may apply, so kindly reach out to us in advance if you plan to bring a furry friend. We had an amazing time playing with magic in Fire Island, and thanks to Brian and Phil we were able to make the most of our stay :).They were extremely attentive and responded to inquiries in a timely manner. The check-in and check-out processes went smoothly and there were no issues with getting access to the property. As for the house itself; the modern appliances and decoration made it really feel like home. They provided us with everything we needed to have a good time. From a huge speaker, to ant traps, they had everything prepared for us to arrive!The pool and hot tub were AMAZING, and the staff made sure that it was clean and ready to use every day. Even with the crazy amount of spiky leaves that were EVERYWHERE (lol fire island tings) we were able to spend a majority of the day outside by the pool soaking in the sun and just enjoying the peace and tranquility of the island.The location of the house is super fierce, it’s not too far of a walk from the beach or the docks. It’s also big enough to play a cheeky game of hide and seek or mafia hahah. Each room had a huge bed and plenty of storage space, the washer and dryer were HUGE and we were able to get some laundry done since they left some tide pods for us, thanks for that 3Thanks to the owners for allowing us to experience the island in such a magnificent way. I will definitely be coming back here when I get the chance, and I’ll bring some marshmallows for the fire pit by the pool :) Thanks!Jacob
