The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, or damage exceeding $1,000. Guests remain financially responsible for excluded damage and any costs above the coverage limit.
• Boat slips/trailer parking not included—reserve in advance with Ocean Pointe Suites' Property Management/Dock Master
• Kayaks and paddleboards are not included in the reservation
• Limit of 2 vehicles per condo
• Each condo is individually owned—interior design and furnishings may vary from photos
• Jet Skis & jet boats are not allowed on the property.
• RVs/motorhomes, oversized vehicles, or commercial vehicles displaying logos or advertisements are not allowed on the property.
