Not sure what the other reviewers found upon their stay but we found the caravan to be very clean, tidy and homely. The owners have most definitely put love and time into the caravan. Location is excellent and the veranda is very large and private. We will definitely be back.
The only negative for us was that there was no plates or bowls at all!!
No bin. But outside waste bins next door to the van.
No broom to sweep up.
A few more household essentials and touches would make this 10 stars for us.

The location was really good on the park and the wraparound decking was a nice touch.
Unfortunately the property does need some repairs and cleaning most of the blinds are either broken or missing parts so they don’t function properly. There is no wifi which we were aware of however there is no signal either so you are unable to get onto anything which was a big struggle with kids. The TV in the master bedroom doesn’t work at all and the TV in the living also doesn’t work properly due to the signal and the front door lock also doesn’t work properly leaving us locked out for 20 minutes on an evening trying to get back in! The fan in the living also doesn’t work either and the outside area is quite overgrown and does look messy which is a shame.

Accommodation was very comfy and caravan looked lovely. Very spacious.
Caravan needed a good spring clean. Was lot of dust on the blinds. Some lights did not work. Some blinds were missing closing rod. And the door lock was very temperamental. Somtimes would not lock or unlock from both inside and out. View out of kitchen and living room was a bit of a tip dumping area where a van had been moved offsite and old sofa, mattess and other rubbish just dumped

This caravan was clearly well loved at one time. There are two separate bathrooms and the overall aesthetic is nice
Traces of black mold above lounge tv, broken blinds throughout, the garden overgrown and junk such as razors and baking trays thrown in. The front door is temperamental. The bath in bathroom fills quickly when trying to shower due to blockage. Tv in bedroom was broken. No access to WiFi and no signal. The air fryer was broken. The ceiling fan doesn’t work at all, the wrap around decking is heavily dirty. The caravan is very neglected and not worth what we paid, considering for 200 less three caravans away my friend got a much nicer caravan that included park passes.
