It is a new property so in general it was clean, comfortable and placed in a good location. Breakfast was good as well

Gence seyahatimizde bu güzel aile otelinde konaklama fırsatı bulduk ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Öncelikle otelin konumu oldukça avantajlı; tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde olması ulaşım açısından büyük kolaylık sağlıyor. Şehri keşfetmek isteyenler için ideal bir noktada.
Otel yeni ve çok temiz. Odalar ferah, düzenli ve konforlu. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten titiz davranılıyor, bu da konaklamayı çok daha keyifli hale getiriyor. Ailece işletilen bir otel olduğu için samimi ve sıcak bir ortam var; kendinizi misafir gibi değil, evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz.
Özellikle Zeki Bey ve Rüstem Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldular, güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları sayesinde hiçbir konuda zorluk yaşamadık. Misafir memnuniyetine gerçekten önem veriyorlar.
Kahvaltı oldukça başarılı ve doyurucuydu. Taze ve lezzetli ürünler sunuluyor. Otelin restoranı da aynı şekilde çok başarılı; hem lezzet hem sunum açısından beklentimizin üzerindeydi.
Gence’ye tekrar gelirsek hiç düşünmeden yine burayı tercih ederiz. Temiz, yeni, merkezi konumda ve samimi bir aile işletmesi arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

New hotel. Welcoming staff. Good for value.
The room has not been cleaned while we were outside. Cleaners were out when we asked to clean. Window maker group of man asked us to let them to install new window frame while we were in the room. Nonsense.
