Perfekt stay, big, clean and very nice room, the best: very helpful and kind staff, I felt very welcome and supported. Very good restaurant and breakfast, good spa. The hotel is in the shopping center, and just 5 minutes from main square. Everything was fine! Thanks

Camere spaziose, ben arredate e pulite.
Personale scortese e poco disponibile. Appena arrivate abbiamo chiesto di aiutarci a prenotare un taxi per la frontiera con la Georgia e nonostante ci avessero assicurato che ci avrebbero aiutato, nessuno di loro ha mostrato interesse per il nostro problema. Fortunatamente grazie ad alcune ricerche su Internet abbiamo trovato la soluzione migliore per raggiungere la nostra destinazione.
Per quanto riguarda il personale del ristorante, i camerieri sono stati tutti maleducati e scortesi. Non sapevano parlare inglese e la comunicazione è stata molto complessa, per di più si arrabbiavano perché non riuscivano a capirci.
